After you sign up to start receiving your Court Ordered Payments via digital disbursement, you will be able to enter your preferred
transfer settings. From that point on, future payments will be processed via digital disbursement, based on the Court Ordered Payment System's
payment schedule.
The Florida Department of Corrections does not charge a fee to sign up or to participate in the digital disbursement program.
However, there may be fees when funds are disbursed to you, depending on the transfer option you choose.
No, the Florida Department of Corrections is unable to register your banking information by mail; registration must be completed
online.
No, both an address and a bank account located in the United States are required for registration.
No, the digital disbursement program is only available to individuals.
